- • As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Data Center & Network Delivery at Vultr, you will drive the end-to-end execution of large-scale AI data center build programs, serving as the primary point of accountability for complex, multi-workstream infrastructure projects that directly support the company’s mission to deliver high-performance, affordable, and globally accessible cloud infrastructure for enterprises and AI innovators.
- • You will lead high-stakes facilitation of critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments while maintaining program-level visibility across global workstreams through accurate tracking of schedules, dependencies, and risks in program management tools.
- • You will act as the central hub for communication between internal teams, external vendors, and global partners, orchestrating stakeholder alignment and transparency at all levels, and distilling complex technical infrastructure updates into concise, executive-ready summaries and dashboards for business leadership.
- • You will navigate ambiguity by establishing structure where it doesn’t exist, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and driving cross-functional resolution, leveraging your expertise in organizational change management to drive process adoption during rapid scaling and pivots.
- • You will build and manage multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules using expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans, ensuring technical fluency in data center deployments and critical path infrastructure rollouts while influencing stakeholders without direct authority through exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
- • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans for building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules
- • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-vendor data center builds with end-to-end program lifecycle accountability
- • Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills, with ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences
- • Deep experience in Organizational Change Management, including driving process adoption during rapid scaling and pivots
- • Strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and critical path infrastructure rollout requirements
