📋 Description
- • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of our most complex, large-scale AI data center build programs.
- • The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader with 10+ years of experience who excels at navigating high-growth ambiguity, managing multi-layered stakeholder relationships, and translating complex technical infrastructure requirements into clear, actionable business outcomes.
- • This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require expert-level organizational change management, executive-ready communication, and the ability to maintain program-level visibility across global workstreams.
- • Key responsibilities include program accountability, high-stakes facilitation, stakeholder orchestration, program visibility, executive communication, and ambiguity navigation.
- • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of program management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization, expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans, exceptional communication and emotional intelligence, deep experience in organizational change management, technical fluency, and a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-vendor builds.
