📋 Description

  • As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Homera Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the engineering team by identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent across Latin America, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building next-generation virtual healthcare experiences for telehealth brands and its newly launched men’s health platform.
  • You will partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, translate them into effective sourcing and assessment strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Homera Health’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and impact.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively sourcing passive and active candidates across LATAM using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities, leveraging your established network to uncover hidden talent not visible on traditional job boards.
  • You will design and implement innovative, AI-resistant screening methodologies — including custom logic puzzles, take-home coding challenges, and live technical scenarios — to assess candidates’ genuine problem-solving abilities, moving beyond keyword matching to evaluate depth of understanding and real-world engineering judgment.
  • You will conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate proficiency in core technologies (React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), assess English fluency for global collaboration, and gauge cultural alignment with Homera Health’s remote-first, diverse, and impact-driven culture.
  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support — ensuring a ‘white-glove’ experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, with timely feedback, clear communication, and a focus on candidate dignity and respect.
  • You will act as a strategic talent advisor by monitoring regional labor market trends, analyzing salary benchmarks across LATAM countries, tracking competitor hiring patterns, and providing data-driven insights to inform hiring strategy, budget planning, and employer branding initiatives.
  • You will collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to enhance Homera Health’s employer brand in the LATAM tech ecosystem through virtual events, tech talk sponsorships, and targeted outreach campaigns that position the company as a destination for mission-driven engineers.
  • You will contribute to process improvement by refining recruitment workflows, optimizing ATS usage (likely Greenhouse or Lever), and implementing metrics to track time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and diversity of slate.
  • You will help foster a fun, casual, and engaging remote work culture by participating in virtual team gatherings, employee engagement activities, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen belonging and morale across the global team.
  • You will grow professionally by deepening your technical literacy, gaining exposure to cutting-edge health tech innovations, and developing expertise in recruiting for high-impact, mission-driven engineering roles in a fast-scaling, remote-first startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting focused on software engineering roles (Full Stack, Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, Tech Lead)
  • Proven background in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment with experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven requisitions
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent across LATAM with a ready-to-go pipeline and deep regional network
  • Strong technical literacy enabling confident discussion of front-end (React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript), back-end (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET), and infrastructure/tools (PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
