  • • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technical talent to fuel PointClickCare's continued growth and innovation in the health tech sector. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be a key partner to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical roles.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select exceptional candidates who not only possess the required technical acumen but also align with PointClickCare's culture of innovation, collaboration, and a human-first approach to healthcare. You will leverage your expertise to develop and execute creative and effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves acting as a strategic advisor to the broader Recruitment group. You will consult on sourcing strategies, refine recruitment processes, and contribute to defining selection criteria to guarantee that we attract and hire the best possible talent for our technical teams. This consultative approach ensures that our recruitment efforts are not only efficient but also highly effective in meeting the complex demands of the tech landscape.
  • • You will be adept at building strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their unique hiring challenges and objectives. This involves proactive communication, providing regular updates, and offering expert guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Your ability to translate business needs into actionable recruitment plans will be crucial for success.

  • • Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies across various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach. You will conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and candidate motivation. Furthermore, you will manage the interview process, coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring timely feedback loops.
  • • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating recruitment reports, and analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Building and nurturing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and emerging technologies will be a continuous effort. Your role will extend to advising hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong understanding of software development roles and technologies.
  • • Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and close passive technical candidates.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
