- • As a Sr. Technical Solutions Engineer specializing in Dell technologies, you will serve as a critical technical leader within Ingram Micro’s Solution Design & Services (SD&S) organization, acting as the first technical touchpoint for partners and playing a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement and enabling partner success across the global IT ecosystem by scoping, sizing, and architecting complex Dell-based solutions that drive real-world technology outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate closely with pre-sales teams and reseller partners to scope, size, and architect Dell infrastructure solutions spanning storage, compute, and data protection portfolios; build complex configurations with precision; serve as a subject-matter expert validating solution designs for technical accuracy; mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities; maintain and pursue relevant Dell certifications; represent SD&S in partner engagements, vendor initiatives, and industry events; and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with customers and vendors through deep technical engagement and solution advocacy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • Minimum 5 years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in a specialized technical role
- • Hands-on experience with Dell enterprise solutions, including prior experience as a Datacenter Sales Executive (DCSE), Solutions Architect (SA), or working with Dell Technical Advisors (TAs)
- • Ability to design, size, and build complex Dell infrastructure solutions across storage, compute, and data protection portfolios
- • Proficiency with tools, systems, and processes required for solution design and configuration
- • Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to engage multiple levels of stakeholders and build lasting relationships

- • Competitive base pay range of USD $102,000.00 - $173,400.00 per year, with offers typically made in the bottom half of the range based on experience and location
