- • As a Sr. Technical Sourcer at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in building talent pipelines for technical roles, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform the healthcare economy by attracting top engineering, data, and product talent.
- • Day to day, you will proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates using diverse sourcing tools, conduct intake discussions with hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse, and deliver exceptional outreach experiences aligned with Garner’s mission and values.
- • You will join Garner’s Talent Team, reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, within a fast-growing healthcare technology company trusted by sophisticated employers and providers, where mission-driven individuals collaborate to create meaningful impact at scale.
- • In this 6-month contract role, you will develop creative sourcing strategies, provide market insights to influence hiring decisions, and grow your expertise in technical talent acquisition while contributing to a high-performing, accountable team operating with urgency and authenticity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth, startup, or tech environments
- • Proven success building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles and engaging passive talent
- • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills when partnering with recruiters and hiring teams
- • Creativity and persistence in sourcing talent across traditional and unconventional channels
- • Experience maintaining accurate candidate data in an ATS, specifically Greenhouse
- • Ability to conduct intake discussions and provide market insights to shape search strategy
