📋 Description
- • As the Sr. Telephony Administrator at Aledade, Inc., you will be the cornerstone of our enterprise contact center environment, taking ownership of its technical integrity and strategic evolution. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of telephony systems, with a primary focus on the high-level configuration, proactive support, and continuous optimization of our communication platforms. Your expertise will directly impact the seamless connectivity and operational efficiency of our clinical and operations teams, ensuring they have the reliable tools necessary to serve our patients and partners.
- • You will be entrusted with the autonomy to adapt system settings and architecture to meet dynamic business demands. This includes anticipating future needs, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring our communication infrastructure remains compliant with all relevant regulations and maintains a high level of performance. Your proactive approach will be key to identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect our users, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves managing and enhancing the core functionalities of our contact center. This includes, but is not limited to, intricate call routing strategies, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, call recording capabilities, quality monitoring tools, and workforce management solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to align with Aledade’s strategic objectives and evolving operational requirements.
- • You will act as the primary technical point of contact for all telephony-related matters, providing expert-level troubleshooting and support. This involves diagnosing complex technical issues, collaborating with vendors for issue resolution, and developing comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. Your ability to translate technical jargon into clear, actionable insights will be crucial when communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Beyond day-to-day operations, you will play a key role in strategic planning and system upgrades. This includes evaluating new technologies, assessing their potential impact on our existing infrastructure, and leading the implementation of upgrades or new system deployments. You will be instrumental in ensuring our telephony environment is future-proof, leveraging innovation to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
- • Collaboration will be a hallmark of your role. You will work closely with IT infrastructure teams, application developers, and business unit leaders to ensure the telephony system integrates seamlessly with other enterprise applications and supports broader business initiatives. Understanding the needs of different departments and tailoring communication solutions accordingly will be essential.
- • You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This includes monitoring vendor performance, conducting regular reviews, and advocating for Aledade’s interests to ensure we receive optimal service and support.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and enforcement of telephony policies and procedures, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient usage of the platform. This includes staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to maintain a robust and secure communication environment.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting system performance data, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven improvements. You will be proactive in seeking opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience for both internal teams and external callers.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Aledade’s communication infrastructure, making a tangible impact on how we connect with our stakeholders and drive our mission forward. You will be empowered to make significant technical decisions and contribute to the strategic direction of a rapidly growing organization.
- • We are committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, and we offer flexibility in terms of work location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely from any US time zone, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while contributing to our national team.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the telephony systems, ensuring that our communication capabilities can withstand unforeseen events and be quickly restored. This proactive stance on resilience is critical for maintaining business operations under all circumstances.
- • You will also be involved in capacity planning, ensuring that our telephony infrastructure can scale effectively to meet the growing demands of Aledade’s expansion, anticipating future user needs and resource requirements.
- • The Sr. Telephony Administrator will be a key player in driving innovation within the contact center space, exploring and implementing new features and functionalities that can enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- • Ultimately, this role is about ensuring that Aledade’s voice is heard clearly and effectively, both internally and externally, through a robust, reliable, and cutting-edge telephony system.
