  • • The Sr. Territory Account Manager, Enterprise Sales - West Germany is a pivotal role in NETGEAR’s strategic initiative to expand sales of its industry-leading IP networking switching and wireless products across key regions in Germany, including Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Nordrhein-Westfalen, and Saarland.
  • • The role involves actively managing a portfolio of IT channel partners, driving business growth through proactive relationship building, identifying and developing new partnerships, and managing existing accounts to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • • The individual will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, Tech Support, and Operations to optimize sales outcomes, deliver accurate forecasts, maintain CRM systems, and provide market and competitive intelligence to inform company strategy.
  • • This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in enterprise IT sales within the German market, build C-level relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute directly to NETGEAR’s mission of delivering intelligent connectivity solutions that delight and protect customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of Enterprise Sales (IT) experience, preferably in a channel sales role for a networking vendor
  • • Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional with strong closing ability, self-motivation, and a hunter mindset
  • • Fluency in both English and German is required for effective communication with customers, partners, and internal teams
