- • As a Sr. Trade CoE Analyst at Deckers Outdoor Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions across the global supply chain by developing reporting structures, automated dashboards, and KPIs for Trade Procurement metrics, directly contributing to operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- • Day to day, you will design and transform data into meaningful visualizations using Tableau, Oracle BI, and Infor Nexus; identify and correct data discrepancies; support Trade Procurement projects; and manage onboarding activities for Logistics Services Providers into the Nexus platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of supply chain insights.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in supply chain analytics, master advanced data visualization and ERP systems, and develop stakeholder communication skills in a large, global corporation, positioning yourself for growth in analytics, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field
- • 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement, or related Analytics occupation (or Master’s degree + 1 year experience in lieu of Bachelor’s + 5 years)
- • Demonstrated experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools including Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy
- • Proficiency with major ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Infor
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, and macros for analyzing supply chain metrics and KPIs
- • Experience turning raw data into meaningful outputs for business decisions, particularly around on-time performance and forecasting
- • Experience working within a large, global corporation with at least $500M in annual revenue
- • Procure to Pay experience and statistical methods including calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations, Correlations, and analyzing frequency distributions and histograms
