• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing modern, responsive web pages and components in Figma, translating business goals and user insights into effective web experiences, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute and iterate on designs, creating high-fidelity mockups, ensuring smooth developer handoff, improving designs based on performance data and user behavior, maintaining and evolving design systems, contributing to landing and product pages, and bringing creative ideas to projects while balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment.
