SRE / Backend engineer

📋 Description

• • As an SRE / Backend Engineer at Nabla Bio, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform that powers Nabla’s AI ambient documentation product, used by over 100,000 clinicians across the US and EU to streamline clinical documentation and restore joy to medical practice.
• • Day to day, you will own production reliability by monitoring and improving system stability, lead and evolve the on-call culture through enhanced runbooks and incident response, instrument the platform with robust observability tools, drive the SRE roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership, reduce toil by improving developer experience and tooling, and partner with backend, ML, and frontend teams to embed reliability into the development lifecycle.
• • You will join the Platform squad within Nabla’s engineering organization, a cross-functional team responsible for the infrastructure and foundational systems that enable product squads to deliver features at scale. The company processes billions of tokens monthly, serves real-time APIs in high-stakes clinical environments, and handles hundreds of thousands of EHR syncs weekly, all while rapidly growing.
