  • • As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst at Coderio LLC, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our Accounts Payable (AP) solutions, playing a pivotal role in a high-impact team that collaborates extensively across business and finance functions to bring critical operational initiatives to life. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on designing and scaling robust AP systems, mentoring talented analysts, and shaping the technical direction of our financial operations, all while ensuring the delivery of production-ready solutions that generate tangible business value.
  • • You will lead by example, embodying the spirit of a Specialist for the AP Team. This involves being proactive, demonstrating a collaborative approach to problem resolution, and skillfully intervening in escalations to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your leadership will set the standard for how the team tackles challenges and drives continuous improvement.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be supporting Change Management initiatives. This entails meticulously documenting changes in policies, procedures, and operational guides. This documentation is crucial for ensuring area efficiencies, facilitating knowledge transfer, and maintaining a clear, up-to-date operational framework for the AP function.
  • • You will be instrumental in training and mentoring Analysts and Junior Analysts within the team. This includes sharing best practices, imparting valuable lessons learned from your experience, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your guidance will empower team members to excel in their roles and contribute more effectively to the team's objectives.
  • • As a Senior Analyst, you will manage and oversee complex AP processes. This includes a deep focus on critical areas such as Payment Proposals, Express Payments reviews, and Data Quality Control. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in these vital financial activities.
  • • You will take ownership of the Vendor Master Data Registration process. This involves close collaboration with various departments, including compliance, legal, procurement (buyers), and IT Security. Your role will be to ensure that vendor data is accurate, complete, and compliant with all relevant regulations and internal policies, safeguarding the integrity of our vendor relationships.
  • • You will provide crucial support to the AP Lead in dispute resolution. This requires effective communication, a keen attention to detail when handling claims, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues that may arise with vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • • Driving agile AP processes within a SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance environment is a core responsibility. You will champion teamwork and collaboration across the finance department and the wider organization, ensuring that our AP operations meet the highest standards of internal control and regulatory adherence.
  • • You will align closely with other key finance functions, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Taxes, and Treasury. This alignment is essential for ensuring information traceability, maintaining data accuracy, and achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Your contribution will directly impact the overall financial health and reporting accuracy of the company.
  • • You will serve as a Key User and subject matter expert for Monday Dashboards and any connected systems integral to the AP area. This involves leveraging these tools to their full potential, providing insights, and ensuring that the team is proficient in their use for reporting, analysis, and operational management.
  • • This role offers a strategic, high-visibility position within a modern, forward-thinking engineering culture. You will be part of a collaborative international team, benefiting from strong technical leadership and a supportive work environment. Coderio is committed to providing a clear career plan with ample opportunities for growth and leadership development within the company, recognizing and rewarding talent regardless of location.
  • • Coderio is a remote-first company that values talent above all else. We are passionate about technology, foster a collaborative work environment, and are dedicated to fair compensation. We offer an inclusive, challenging atmosphere where individuals can achieve real opportunities for professional growth. If you are motivated by the prospect of building impactful solutions and contributing to a dynamic, global team, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our journey.

  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, essential for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • • Mid-level stakeholder management skills, with a particular aptitude for dispute resolution and navigating ambiguity.
