- • The role is a Semi-Senior Backend Engineer focused on building scalable, event-driven systems within a technology company’s R&D team, contributing to high-impact technical challenges alongside multidisciplinary teams in AI, backend, and frontend.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services using Go (Golang), designing and implementing event-driven architectures, integrating services via messaging systems and queues, participating in technical decisions with senior engineers, applying best practices in development, testing, and documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of team architecture and processes.
- • The team operates within a technology-driven environment at ReHire Solutions LLC, supporting a client in CDMX with a hybrid work model, emphasizing technical growth, collaboration, and innovation in complex systems.
- • The engineer will deepen expertise in Go, event-driven design, distributed systems, and messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ, while gaining experience in technical leadership, system scalability, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-expectation setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of backend development experience (required)
- • At least 3 years of experience with Go (Golang) (exclusive requirement)
- • Knowledge of event-driven architectures
- • Experience working with APIs and distributed systems
- • Basic frontend knowledge (e.g., React) is a plus
- • Interest in working in technically complex, continuous learning environments
