- • Coderio LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ssr Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic Billing & Accounts Receivable team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about ensuring financial accuracy and operational excellence. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in supporting our cross-border operations, acting as a crucial link between our administrative functions and our advanced technological systems. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of Coderio's global business.
- • In this capacity, you will be responsible for the meticulous execution of monthly billing cycles for our diverse base of cross-border merchants. This includes managing local-to-local invoicing across various identified countries, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regional regulations. A significant aspect of your role will involve performing detailed control calculations for minimal fees and installments. Where system automation requires further adjustment, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive comparisons, highlighting discrepancies and proposing solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- • You will also take ownership of intercompany invoicing processes, overseeing the entire lifecycle from upload and reporting to rigorous control procedures. This ensures seamless financial reconciliation between different entities within Coderio. Furthermore, you will manage the emission of Credit and Debit Notes, as well as mandate fees, working closely with the collections team to ensure timely and effective collection activities from our merchants. Your diligence in these areas is critical for maintaining healthy cash flow and strong merchant relationships.
- • A core responsibility will be the maintenance and enhancement of Monday Dashboards specifically for the Billing & Accounts Receivable area. This involves ensuring data integrity, providing clear visibility into key performance indicators, and facilitating informed decision-making across the team and wider organization. Your ability to translate complex financial data into easily understandable visual formats will be highly valued.
- • You will provide essential support to the Billing & AR Lead and Senior Analysts. This support extends to crucial month-end reporting activities, detailed categorization reviews, and the diligent execution of Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) controls. Your contribution to these processes is vital for maintaining our compliance standards and ensuring the reliability of our financial reporting.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant special projects focused on business process transformation. You will be involved in identifying areas for improvement, implementing new strategies, and ensuring that our financial operations remain at the forefront of industry best practices. This includes the critical task of escalating expense disputes when necessary, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable functions, preferably within global organizations operating under SOX control environments.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, essential for effective communication in our international setting.
