- • Join Workana Limited as a Semi-Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js + Next.js) to contribute to a high-impact digital payments platform serving over 10,000 users across 40+ educational institutions in LATAM, where your work directly enables secure, scalable school payment and billing systems.
- • Develop and maintain end-to-end features for two core products: a digital wallet for school payments and a school invoicing platform, ensuring seamless functionality across frontend and backend layers while supporting real users in production environments.
- • Collaborate closely with the client’s founding team on technical decisions, providing autonomy and ownership in shaping architecture, resolving production incidents, and optimizing AWS-based infrastructure for reliability and security.
- • Work within a mission-driven fintech edtech environment focused on financial inclusion in education, where attention to detail, debugging proficiency, and microservices expertise are critical to maintaining transactional integrity and user trust.
- • Grow your expertise in modern fullstack stacks including Node.js microservices, Next.js 13/14+, AWS (ECS, RDS, CloudWatch), Prisma, and payment gateway integrations, while advancing your skills in multi-tenant systems and cloud-native development under senior technical mentorship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of fullstack development experience with proven proficiency in Node.js and Next.js (version 13/14+ preferred).
- • Hands-on experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, AWS cloud services (especially ECS, RDS, CloudWatch), and microservices architecture design and implementation.
- • Strong debugging skills in production environments, high attention to detail, autonomy, and intermediate/advanced English proficiency; fintech or transactional system experience is a plus.
