📋 Description

• Own the full accounts payable cycle including credit card coding, reconciliation, and month-end journal entries from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation in alignment with GAAP accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements across accounting operations.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to the growth of the accounting team by sharing knowledge, refining workflows, and enhancing internal controls.
• Perform routine account reconciliations for general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize NetSuite or similar ERP systems to manage financial transactions and reporting with high precision.
• Leverage advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills to analyze data, create reports, and automate routine tasks using formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment focused on transforming healthcare therapy operations through technology.
• Support the company’s mission to reduce paper waste and narcotic-based treatments by ensuring accurate financial systems that enable scalable healthcare delivery.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives including sponsored lunches, wellness programs, and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding vendor relationships and professional conduct with current Prompt customers.
• Operate in a fully remote environment with flexibility to manage workload while meeting strict financial deadlines.
• Contribute to a culture that values smart work over hard work, emphasizing efficiency, innovation, and sustainable productivity.
• Ensure all financial activities support the company’s goal of delivering best-in-class software to outpatient rehab therapy businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or 1–3 years equivalent accounting experience with hands-on AP, GL, and account reconciliations
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Very strong technical skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables)
• Licensed CPA or currently studying for the CPA Exam (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort working in live software environments
