📋 Description

• • Prepare and post accurate journal entries in a timely manner to maintain precise financial records.
• • Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies to ensure ledger accuracy.
• • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including documentation and review procedures.
• • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting functions as required by operational needs.
• • Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• • Maintain strict compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards.
• • Assist in audit preparation, tax filing documentation, and special financial projects as assigned.
• • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, or potential issues requiring escalation or correction.
• • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• • Utilize accounting software and advanced Excel functions to streamline data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks.
• • Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed, organized, and accessible for internal reviews and external audits.
• • Adhere to hybrid work schedule requirements, balancing in-office and remote work days based on business and team needs.
• • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information at all times.
