📋 Description

• • The Staff Accountant will report to the Supervisor of Accounting Operations and oversee the quality and accuracy of financial statements for a leading global provider of high-quality educational services, ensuring compliance with GAAP and supporting accurate financial reporting.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and posting standard and adjusting journal entries, performing month-end close procedures, reviewing revenue reports for accuracy, reconciling balance sheet accounts, analyzing financial statements, assisting with audit requests, and maintaining internal controls.
• • The role operates within Global Healthcare Consulting, LLC (a Kaplan Inc. business unit), supporting financial integrity across corporate and field operations while collaborating with team leaders to meet organizational goals.
• • The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise in GAAP compliance, financial analysis, audit coordination, and ERP systems (with Oracle experience preferred), while developing skills in independent and team-based work within a remote, nationwide environment.
