• • The Staff Accountant at Obie Insurance plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial operations by managing client and carrier account reconciliations, supporting timely payment processing, and contributing to reliable financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and reconciling client and carrier accounts, preparing bank, AR, and AP reconciliations, researching and resolving payment and invoice inquiries, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
