📋 Description

• • As a Staff AI Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, building production systems that eliminate manual work and drive operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop end-to-end multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI, build backend services connecting LLMs to internal data platforms (BigQuery, Slack, CRMs), architect RAG pipelines, deploy serverless services on GCP, and partner with RevOps and GTM teams to scope high-impact automation workflows using tools like n8n or Workato.
