📋 Description

• As a Staff AI Engineer - Multi-Agent Frameworks at ClickUp, you will play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge AI platform that enables users to create, deploy, and orchestrate sophisticated intelligent agents with collaborative, multi-agent behaviors.
• Day to day, you will design and develop scalable backend systems for AI agent creation and management, integrate multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere), leverage orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, build evaluation frameworks for agent performance, and enhance search capabilities within the AI platform.
• You will join ClickUp’s AI Platform team, part of an AI-native company building the first converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, where every team member is expected to leverage AI daily and AI fluency is evaluated in hiring.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, AI evaluation, and privacy-compliant AI development, while contributing to a platform that redefines intelligent work and advancing your impact as a technical leader in AI engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and understanding their strengths and limitations
• Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph or similar frameworks for building and managing agent workflows
• Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems, particularly in complex testing environments
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals with a focus on backend engineering
• Experience with challenging AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization, secure data handling, and compliance
• Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems
