📋 Description

• • As a Staff AI Engineer at Grafana Labs, you will own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, building multi-agent systems and LLM integrations that connect AI models to internal and third-party data platforms to drive operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop end-to-end multi-agent AI systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI, build MCP servers and APIs connecting AI models to systems such as BigQuery, Slack, and CRMs, architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and deploy self-service workflows using tools like n8n or Workato with CI/CD and production reliability standards.

• • In this role, you will define the technical direction for the automation platform, partner with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering and GTM Systems, ship production systems used daily, and grow your expertise in scalable AI agent architectures, LLM observability, and AI-assisted development while contributing to meaningful work that eliminates manual effort and enhances business outcomes.
