- • As a Staff AI Platform Engineer at Bluefish AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is adopted and applied across the organization, driving AI-first initiatives that improve developer productivity, streamline workflows, and unlock new product capabilities.
- • You will drive the adoption of AI across the organization by identifying and implementing high-impact use cases, integrate AI tooling into the software development lifecycle, define standards and best practices for AI usage, coach engineers on effective AI tool use, and establish metrics to evaluate AI initiative effectiveness.
- • Bluefish AI is a globally distributed team building an AI marketing platform for Fortune 500 brands, with engineering based in Europe and New York, backed by $43M Series B funding from top-tier investors including Threshold Ventures, NEA, Amex Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures.
- • You will have the opportunity to influence AI adoption at scale, mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and contribute to a culture of experimentation and responsible AI use while gaining exposure to cutting-edge agentic technologies and AI-driven product innovation.
