  • • Sybill AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing B2B sales with an AI-first platform designed to fundamentally change how sellers operate. We are building an intelligent sales Integrated Deal Environment (IDE) that liberates sellers from time-consuming, non-revenue-generating tasks, allowing them to concentrate on the core aspects of their roles: cultivating relationships and closing deals. Currently, sellers dedicate an overwhelming 70% of their time to administrative and operational duties, a paradigm Sybill is actively disrupting. Our proprietary AI technology, a product of a highly skilled team with roots in prestigious institutions like Stanford, Harvard, and the IITs, and supported by prominent Silicon Valley investors, is not merely an incremental improvement; it is the foundational element of a transformative sales workflow engineered to deliver exceptional results for our users. The remarkable success of our platform is evidenced by a 99% customer retention rate and a staggering 20x growth, reaching 850 paying companies in the past year, a testament to the profound value and satisfaction our customers experience.
  • • As a Staff AI Research Engineer at Sybill, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing advanced AI systems. This includes designing and deploying sophisticated agents and cutting-edge retrieval techniques capable of processing millions of data points for each sales organization. Your work will directly power our sales co-pilot, an AI assistant that functions as a seasoned sales mentor, providing unparalleled support and guidance to every seller. You will be instrumental in driving continuous innovation by integrating the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, conducting rapid experimentation, and iterating based on invaluable real-world user feedback. Your contributions will be key to creating truly exceptional and intuitive user experiences.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end design and implementation of agentic systems. This involves developing autonomous agents that can intelligently plan and orchestrate complex, multi-tool workflows. You will be tasked with building and optimizing sophisticated retrieval systems that can surface contextually relevant information with near real-time precision. A significant part of your role will involve fine-tuning our vector databases and embedding models to ensure a deep and accurate understanding of domain-specific knowledge. You will drive critical technical decisions, collaborating closely with the product team to conceptualize and build AI features that directly address and solve significant user pain points. Furthermore, you will develop robust monitoring systems to meticulously track model performance, operational costs, and overall system reliability. Staying abreast of the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of AI will be crucial, enabling you to rapidly prototype and integrate new capabilities that enhance our platform's functionality and user value. We encourage the use of modern developer tools, such as Cursor and CoPilot, to maximize your productivity and efficiency in this dynamic environment.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging problems at the intersection of AI research and practical application. You will contribute to a product that is already demonstrating significant market traction and customer delight. The fast-paced nature of our startup environment means your work will have a visible and immediate impact. You will be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about AI and its potential to transform industries, and who are eager to contribute to building the future of sales technology.
  • • Your work will directly influence the capabilities of our AI co-pilot, ensuring it provides actionable insights and support to sales teams. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of AI feature development, from initial research and prototyping to deployment and ongoing optimization. This includes defining success metrics, conducting rigorous A/B testing, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. The scale of our operations, with millions of data points and thousands of users, presents complex and exciting technical challenges that require innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of our AI initiatives and contribute to the intellectual property of Sybill AI. We foster a culture of learning and encourage our team members to explore new research papers, attend conferences, and share their knowledge with the wider team. Your growth and development are paramount, and we provide ample opportunities for professional advancement and skill enhancement in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
