📋 Description

• • As a Staff Analyst, Operations at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will drive data-informed decision-making and operational performance improvements across the company’s operations, playing a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business outcomes.
• • You will independently lead end-to-end analytical projects, structure ambiguous problems, apply statistical and trend analysis, and develop KPI frameworks to monitor operational performance in areas such as throughput, SLAs, cost, and quality, while identifying improvement opportunities and proactively surfacing risks and inefficiencies.
• • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Dispense & Fulfillment, Operations Assurance, Planning & Optimization, Compounding, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations Finance, collaborating to ensure data quality, influence decision-making, and support senior stakeholders with structured analysis and recommendations.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in operational analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder influence, gaining experience in designing A/B tests, building scenario models, applying AI-assisted tools, and advising on moderately complex business tradeoffs while contributing to team best practices in analytics and communication.
