📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure automation projects aligned to business requirements, owning architecture, delivery, and outcomes across the full project lifecycle to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Design enterprise-grade automation architectures spanning multi-system integrations, event-driven workflows, and infrastructure provisioning pipelines.
• Architect and implement cloud infrastructure for project incubation, including provisioning cloud accounts, deploying services, automating CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing security best practices.
• Design and automate infrastructure-related processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability across engineering and business teams.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Security, Engineering, Operations, and business leadership to translate needs into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Drive cross-functional project execution by anticipating risks early, removing blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum without compromising scalability or quality.
• Design, build, and enhance tools for efficient management and monitoring of cloud services and resources used by Product, Marketing, and Field teams to create connectors, build POCs, and deliver impactful demos.
• Mentor and elevate peer engineers through design reviews, hands-on coaching, and knowledge transfer on complex cloud infrastructure topics.
• Set the technical bar for the team by championing best practices in solution design, documentation, governance, and continuous learning.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and Workato features to enhance automation capabilities and infrastructure operations.
• Deliver complex, multi-system integrations in cross-functional environments involving Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation in real production environments.
• Build automation solutions for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) including provisioning, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices.
• Apply strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Leverage hands-on experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code integration platforms, with preference for Workato platform proficiency.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for solutions, architectures, and operational processes.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and business teams on real, end-to-end projects, aligning stakeholders and navigating competing priorities.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently in written documentation, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Take end-to-end accountability for project outcomes from ambiguous requirements to delivered solutions without needing direction or hand-holding.
• Navigate changing requirements, shifting priorities, and technical unknowns mid-project while delivering results.
• Drive technical decisions and best practices through expertise and credibility, mentoring peers and elevating team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end automation and cloud infrastructure projects from requirements through production deployment
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles: scoping, architecture, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and post-launch iteration
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) in real production environments
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code integration platforms; Workato experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical documentation skills for solutions, architectures, and operational processes
