- • As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Adaptive Telemetry team at Grafana Labs, you will drive technical strategy and roadmap for critical observability systems that power Grafana Cloud, ensuring telemetry data is optimized for value and cost efficiency.
- • You will lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects, own architecture and reliability for mission-critical systems including Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope, define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and mentor engineering talent while representing the team internally and externally.
