📋 Description

• • Serve as a Staff Business Analyst with a Data Engineering focus, aligning enterprise data initiatives to long-term business strategy and enterprise goals.
• • Lead the definition and adoption of enterprise-wide data standards for traceability, lineage, data mapping, and data quality to ensure scalable, governed, and usable data assets.
• • Design and implement governance frameworks that ensure data compliance, usability, and sustained value across organizational systems.
• • Partner with Product, PMO, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, future-proof data solutions and technical implementations.
• • Ensure accurate implementation of business logic across end-to-end data ecosystems and validate alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
• • Lead complex, cross-domain data analysis initiatives to uncover actionable insights, validate data integrity, and support executive decision-making.
• • Set the standard for business insight generation through advanced analytics that directly influence strategic leadership decisions.
• • Maintain and refine application backlogs with clear prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to scope, timeline, budget, and business impact, recommending proactive mitigation strategies.
• • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure application performance, reliability, and stability through rigorous testing, documentation, and delivery standards.
• • Identify data and process gaps across systems and domains, driving cross-functional resolution and continuous operational improvement.
• • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, system performance, and scalability, reducing incidents and improving system uptime.
• • Enable self-service analytics and improve accessibility of insights by aligning data solutions with business workflows and user needs.
• • Ensure all data deliverables are tied to measurable business value and outcomes, championing a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• • Operate independently in complex, ambiguous, cross-functional environments with minimal direction, serving as a trusted advisor across multiple domains.
• • Mentor junior Business Analysts, support team health, and identify coaching opportunities to elevate team performance.
• • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared understanding.
• • Demonstrate working knowledge of AI/ML approaches and partner with data science and engineering teams to align models with business objectives.
• • Contribute to the development of forward-looking data capabilities that enhance enterprise insights and strategic decision-making.
• • Remain fully compliant with company policies, processes, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• • Maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of all relevant systems and applications.
• • Regularly overlap with U.S. business hours to enable seamless collaboration with global team members.
• • Perform all other duties as assigned and meet departmental expectations for attendance and participation.
