- • As a Staff Customer Success Manager (P4) at Kong Inc., you will be a champion for customers, enabling them to leverage APIs and microservices to drive business initiatives and realize the value of their Kong investment throughout their lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will coach customers through their lifecycle, define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies, collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize solution value, innovate tooling and processes for team efficiency, learn and apply product knowledge to real-world usage, and represent Kong in cross-functional collaborations.
- • You will join a dynamic, fast-paced Customer Experience (CX) team within Kong Inc., a leader in API and AI connectivity technologies, working alongside the EMEA sales team to build a large portfolio of commercial customers in London.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Kong’s technology stack, strengthen your strategic customer management skills, pioneer self-service and automation approaches to customer success, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor and builder within a high-growth technology company.
