🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
  • • Expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and advanced analytical techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy).
  • • Experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and preparing large, complex datasets for AI/ML training, particularly within HR or people analytics domains.
  • • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and experience collaborating with engineering teams to operationalize data science solutions.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
