📋 Description
- • Create sample projects, tutorials, videos, blog posts, and livestreams that demonstrate Workato’s developer capabilities.
- • Inspire developers with interesting, relevant, and fun content that speaks to them and draws them into the Workato ecosystem.
- • Build and scale developer programs including ambassador programs, webinar series, and community initiatives that extend reach beyond first-party content.
- • Speak at first-party events, third-party events, and developer meetups; host workshops in the community and with internal customer communities.
- • Develop and share a strong, trusted technical voice that resonates with the developer community.
- • Collect developer feedback and advocate for it internally to influence product direction and platform improvements.
- • Own the technical sample and demo library — design, build, and maintain a body of work that covers key developer use cases, reflects current platform capabilities, and sets the quality bar for developer-facing technical content.
- • Contribute code and documentation to open-source repositories.
- • Leverage 10+ years of combined software engineering and developer relations experience to own developer advocacy programs end-to-end.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in Python or TypeScript and familiarity with LangChain-style frameworks to create accurate, practical, and scalable technical demonstrations.
- • Translate complex platform features into accessible, engaging technical content for developers of varying skill levels.
- • Drive developer adoption by connecting advocacy efforts to measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth, platform adoption, and product feedback loops.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align developer content with platform roadmaps and customer needs.
- • Maintain a visible, active presence in developer communities through public speaking, social media, and community engagement.
- • Represent Workato as a trusted technical authority in the enterprise automation and iPaaS space.
- • Continuously evolve the developer experience by incorporating community insights into content strategy and technical samples.
- • Promote Workato’s cloud-native, enterprise-grade automation platform through authentic, high-quality developer-focused storytelling.
- • Balance technical depth with approachable communication to educate and empower developers to build on the Workato platform.
- • Contribute to open-source initiatives to foster transparency, trust, and broader adoption of Workato’s tooling and integrations.
