Staff DevEx Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Staff DevEx Engineer at Replit, you will accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in the development experience by stewarding codebases, tooling, and workflows, directly impacting every engineer who ships code and acting as a force multiplier across product teams.
• • You will maintain and evolve a complex TypeScript monorepo, Go services, and internal tooling; own and optimize build and test pipelines; drive code generation and type-safe interfaces; set code quality standards via automation; streamline development setup and onboarding; improve deployment processes; lead tooling migrations; partner with the AI team to enhance the Agent’s output; and manage internal and external dependencies while representing Replit in open-source communities.
