📋 Description

• As a Staff Engineer at Haast Technologies Inc., you will lead the development of end-to-end features for an enterprise-grade LLM platform that is transforming compliance workflows in a $50B global industry, taking full ownership from discovery through deployment and monitoring to ensure mission-critical value is delivered to users.
• You will architect and design scalable, robust systems that power AI-driven compliance insights, moving fluidly between crafting polished, responsive user interfaces and building complex backend infrastructure that handles high-volume, low-latency processing at enterprise scale.
• You will champion product-minded engineering by challenging assumptions, aligning technical decisions with user outcomes and business impact, and ensuring the platform evolves with a 'ship fast, but never broken' mentality that prioritizes reliability and usability.
• You will serve as a technical leader and mentor, raising the team’s bar for code quality, architectural pragmatism, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and high agency in solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience at Staff or Senior Engineer level, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end, mentoring junior engineers, and elevating team standards for quality and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and operate scalable SaaS solutions, making pragmatic trade-offs between perfection and shipment to build resilient, maintainable systems over the long term.
• Deep full-stack experience building and scaling modern web applications, regardless of specific framework, with proficiency in technologies such as React, Vue, Node, or Go, and a strong grasp of frontend-backend integration.
• Product-minded mindset: driven by user impact and business outcomes, not just technical execution, with a habit of questioning 'why' and 'how' to ensure solutions solve real problems.
