📋 Description
- • The GenAI Staff Engineer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for building and scaling an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform that empowers users across the organization to rapidly build, integrate, and operationalize GenAI solutions with minimal friction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical direction to onshore and offshore teams, reviewing business and technical documentation, maintaining expert knowledge in complex technical environments, leading code reviews, contributing to system administration and software development, providing performance feedback, resolving Tier 2 and 3 IT issues, reviewing application performance metrics, overseeing development and testing of complex software, leading application programmers in defining system scope, and performing other assigned duties.

- • The engineer will learn and achieve mastery in enterprise AI platform development, gain deep experience in GenAI integration with LLMs and agentic workflows, strengthen leadership in cross-functional collaboration with product, data science, and business stakeholders, and contribute to scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions that accelerate time-to-value for enterprise use cases.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated mastery of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- • Advanced proficiency with Native JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap/Material Design, CSS3, HTML5, CSS preprocessing (LESS/SASS), build tools (Gulp, Grunt, Webpack), JavaScript testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma), and developer tools (GIT, Jenkins).
- • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, vROPS, SPLUNK, and TeaLeaf.
- • Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with a focus on web and mobile technologies, including development of highly-transactional, mission-critical applications.
- • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; or 10 years of related experience.
- • Experience integrating with Content Management Systems such as Drupal and consuming RESTful web services.
