📋 Description

• As a Staff Engineer, Innovation at LWolf, Inc., you will serve as the technical backbone for integrating AI capabilities into the core platform, enabling real estate professionals to manage transactions, serve clients, and grow their businesses more effectively.
• You will design and build the infrastructure, data pipelines, and production systems that transform AI/ML models into reliable, scalable product features used by hundreds of thousands of users.
• You will set architectural direction for AI development and deployment across the organization, ensuring systems are production-grade from inception.
• You will partner closely with product teams to align technical execution with business goals, driving innovation in AI-powered real estate solutions.
• You will work as a high-impact individual contributor, influencing engineering standards and guiding the evolution of the AI platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Proven experience in productionizing AI/ML models at scale in complex software systems.
• Strong background in software architecture with ability to define technical direction for AI initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks used in AI/ML systems (e.g., Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to work as a senior individual contributor in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
