📋 Description

• Architect and design intelligent, autonomous, and efficient agentic AI workflows using multi-agent collaboration and orchestration on the Workato platform.
• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging Workato’s connectors, workflows, and recipes to enable context-aware, grounded, and real-time responses from large language models (LLMs).
• Develop techniques enabling large language models (LLMs) to reliably author complex, autonomous behaviors.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows featuring agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration via the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Serve as a technical solutions expert, providing advisory, troubleshooting, and analysis for client-facing AI automation implementations.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored technical guidance for AI-driven automation.
• Customize Workato AI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal functionality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
• Communicate technically complex AI and automation concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Integrate AI workflows into existing enterprise IT frameworks and systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all AI-driven automation is fault-tolerant, efficient, and adheres to enterprise IT best practices.
• Create and deliver custom product demonstrations to support sales and internal teams in client engagements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by improving processes and enriching Workato’s knowledge base.
• Deliver outstanding customer service experiences to Workato clients through proactive support and solution ownership.
• Play a key role from product ideation through implementation, influencing technical direction and design.
• Support product managers in defining technical and design specifications for AI-driven automation features.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of AI and automation systems
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
• Must have hands-on experience implementing integration projects using automation technologies, middleware, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases
• Fluent in English and business-level proficiency in Japanese
• 2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby
