• • Your primary responsibilities will include architecting and developing our core backend systems. This encompasses the intricate logic of our case pipeline, the infrastructure for customer workflows, robust document storage and versioning capabilities, sophisticated event systems, and essential compliance safeguards. You will be tasked with designing a structured schema for immigration petitions, evidence generation, and facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration among clients, lawyers, reviewers, and employers. A significant part of your work will involve building and scaling AI-powered workflows designed for legal document preparation, expert review processes, and ensuring the highest quality of petition submissions.
• • You will interface deeply with Large Language Models (LLMs), task queue systems, and decision engines to replace time-consuming manual legal tasks with deterministic and probabilistic automation. This requires a deep understanding of how to integrate AI effectively into complex workflows. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our legal, product, and engineering teams to translate complex, often ambiguous, policy requirements and paperwork into clean, scalable software abstractions.
