• As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will tackle complex technical challenges, from architecting microservices to optimizing database performance and ensuring seamless front-end user experiences. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our critical infrastructure, supporting millions of users and billions in transactions.
• Dive deep into the full stack, working across various layers of our technology. This includes building and maintaining back-end services using modern languages and frameworks, developing efficient APIs, and ensuring data integrity and security. You will also contribute to the front-end, crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces that provide a superior user experience for our diverse global clientele.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. • Take ownership of critical system components, ensuring their stability, scalability, and maintainability. This involves proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. • Architect and implement solutions that can handle massive scale and extreme concurrency. This includes designing for fault tolerance, resilience, and disaster recovery, ensuring our platform remains operational even under the most challenging conditions.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and efficiency. You will analyze bottlenecks, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that reduce latency, increase throughput, and minimize resource consumption.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in full stack development, blockchain, and FinTech. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance our platform's capabilities and competitive edge.
• Contribute to the development of our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments. You will work with infrastructure-as-code principles and cloud-native technologies to automate and streamline our development and operations processes.
• Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. This collaborative approach is key to maintaining high code quality and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, often under high-pressure situations. Your analytical skills and ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems will be essential in maintaining platform stability.
• Design and implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure the reliability and correctness of our software.
• Contribute to the security of our platform by implementing secure coding practices and working with security teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff or Senior Full Stack Engineer, with a strong track record of designing, building, and scaling complex web applications.
• Expertise in at least one modern back-end language (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js, Java) and associated frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including performance tuning and schema design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and lead.
