- • You will report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and work at the critical intersection of engineering, AI, and business operations, owning systems end-to-end to help Upside acquire merchants, serve partners, and scale its GTM motion with reliable, scalable, and intelligent software solutions.
- • Day to day, you will build high-impact applications and tools that accelerate Upside's go-to-market motion, including developing AI-native tools that help revenue teams manage pipeline, analyze performance, and automate operational workflows.
- • You will partner deeply with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions, engaging in rapid prototyping, iteration, shipping, and maintenance of features that directly impact revenue operations.

- • You will join a mission-driven company that has already helped millions of users earn 2 to 3 times more cashback than any other product and enabled hundreds of thousands of brick-and-mortar businesses to earn measurable profit, with billions of dollars in commerce flowing through the Upside platform annually.
- • You will have the opportunity to learn and achieve mastery in applying modern AI tools and automation to real operational challenges, shaping the technical direction of internal platforms while mentoring teammates and leading projects that deliver measurable outcomes in a high-growth, innovative environment.
