• As a Staff Marketing Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving our brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on translating our brand vision into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience. This involves conceptualizing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that capture attention and communicate our value proposition effectively. You will also be responsible for crafting seamless digital experiences that align with our brand standards, ensuring a consistent and engaging user journey. A key aspect of your role will be to partner closely with the marketing team, bringing our brand to life through innovative and delightful design solutions that inspire and inform.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of design activities. You will be expected to demonstrate a profound understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy, applying them to create aesthetically pleasing and effective designs. A significant part of your work will involve maintaining a strong sense of storytelling across diverse marketing and sales collateral. This includes designing responsive websites that adapt flawlessly to various devices, developing integrated campaigns that weave a cohesive brand message across multiple channels, creating high-stakes pitch decks that powerfully convey our offerings to potential clients, and contributing to editorial print production where applicable. You will also collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team, including web developers, 3D artists, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, and sound designers, to ensure the highest quality of design output and bring creative concepts to fruition.
• Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust design systems and comprehensive brand guidelines. This ensures brand consistency and scalability across all platforms and materials, making it easier for internal teams and external partners to adhere to our visual identity. You will be empowered to work independently, managing multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced startup environment, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Your ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, brand-forward design solutions will be paramount. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a web designer, interactive designer, or brand designer, ideally within a SaaS startup environment.
• Deep proficiency in design tools such as Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web/interactive design and brand design work across various formats, demonstrating a refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
• Strategic thinking ability to translate business needs into smart, brand-forward design solutions.
• Familiarity with performance design principles and experience working alongside growth or web teams.
• Proficiency in interactive prototyping, wireframing, and storyboarding.
