📋 Description

• • The Staff / Principal Full Stack Engineer will play a central role in designing and building Chamber’s core application platform, directly contributing to the mission of transforming cardiovascular care by enabling value-based, outcomes-driven healthcare through technology.
• • Day to day, the engineer will design and build scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js/AWS Lambda on the backend, while integrating with healthcare data platforms, FHIR systems, and AI-powered features to support clinical workflows and care team operations.
• • Chamber is a mission-driven healthcare technology company rebuilding cardiology care by partnering with independent physicians to deliver better patient outcomes through data, AI, and operational tools, operating with a startup mindset and deep commitment to empathy and innovation.
• • In this role, the engineer will have significant influence over architectural decisions, engineering standards, and product evolution, gaining deep expertise in full-stack systems, healthcare interoperability, and AI integration while shaping the technical foundation of a growing impact-driven organization.
