- • In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing how law enforcement agencies capture, manage, and access data. You will contribute to a system that streamlines report writing and approval workflows through structured data entry, real-time collaboration, and intelligent automation.
- • Your primary focus will be on the technical leadership and architectural direction of our Records Management system, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance as we continue to grow.
- • You will be a key contributor to the engineering architecture, bringing fresh ideas and strategic vision to guide the team through the next phase of scale and growth.

- • You will be based out of our Seattle Office, working a hybrid schedule that emphasizes in-person collaboration Tuesdays through Fridays, with flexibility for remote work on Mondays, unless an accommodation is required. This structure is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
- • Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you will be a technical leader, influencing the direction and execution of our software development efforts.
- • Key responsibilities include leading engineering architecture design reviews, ensuring the highest technical standards are met through rigorous code and architecture reviews.
- • You will actively mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- • Collaboration will be essential as you work closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to tackle complex technical challenges across our stack, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- • You will play a significant role in improving our overall Engineering processes, contributing to long-term strategic thinking, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- • A core part of your role will involve building and maintaining robust services that adhere to our stringent standards for availability and low latency, critical for a mission-critical system.
