đź“‹ Description
- • As a Staff Product Analyst at Assured Allies Inc., you will play a foundational role in transforming the insurance industry by leveraging data to modernize claims processing—a critical, high-impact function that currently relies on outdated, manual processes costing billions annually. Your work will directly influence how some of the largest insurers in the world deliver faster, fairer, and more transparent experiences to claimants during their most vulnerable moments.
- • You will conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user behavior, and key data points to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking product KPIs to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders; design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and product changes; collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to embed data-driven insights into product development and strategy; analyze customer feedback and behavior to translate user needs into actionable product improvement recommendations; conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy amid evolving industry trends; ensure data accuracy and consistency by partnering with data engineers to validate and clean datasets; and perform ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions as they arise.
- • Assured Allies Inc. is a mission-driven technology company modernizing insurance through software solutions that power claims processing for major insurers. The company operates at the intersection of innovation and impact, tackling complex challenges in digital user experience and large-scale ML-driven decision-making on billions of dollars in claims. As a remote-first organization, Assured fosters a collaborative, dynamic culture where analytical rigor and empathy combine to drive meaningful change in a traditionally slow-moving industry.
- • In this founding role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product analytics function from the ground up, establishing reporting practices, defining success metrics, and influencing how data informs product strategy across the organization. You will deepen your expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder communication while gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and methodologies in a high-growth, purpose-driven environment where your insights directly contribute to transforming a legacy industry.

- • Some app development experience in TypeScript or Python, including the ability to write code and submit Merge Requests to instrument applications using analytics SDKs (e.g., Mixpanel)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of presenting findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
- • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and validation processes
- • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forward
