- • As a Staff Product Designer at Oscilar, you will lead design for major surfaces of the AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, shaping how risk, fraud, and compliance teams make critical decisions at scale.
- • You will own ambitious problems end-to-end, drive vision and prototyping work, evolve the design system, and set the craft bar for the design team through your own work and influence on others.
- • You will partner with product and engineering leadership as a peer to shape product direction, roadmap, and strategy, translating complex risk domains into clear, elegant interfaces.
- • You will define the design language for AI-native risk tooling, including copilots, generative authoring, agentic workflows, and explainability, while using AI heavily in your own design practice from concept to high-fidelity prototyping.
- • You will conduct research with risk practitioners such as fraud analysts and AML investigators to ground designs in real-world workflows and needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- • 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex web applications in enterprise or technical domains
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow simplification, and craft depth across interaction, visual, and information design
- • Experience designing AI-native interfaces in production (copilots, agent UIs, LLM-assisted authoring, decision explainability)
- • Fluency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping; comfort prototyping in code or motion when needed
- • Strong partnership skills with senior PMs, engineers, and data scientists
- • Experience setting craft direction or mentoring designers in a prior role
- • Experience in fintech, fraud, risk, or compliance products is a strong plus
- • Experience designing for technical or power users (developer tools, data products, workflow builders, analytics platforms) is a strong plus
