• • As a Staff Product Designer at Shakepay, you’ll drive design direction across key product areas, tackling complex and ambiguous challenges while operating as a force multiplier to raise the bar for craft, influence product strategy, and help teams ship better, faster.
• • You’ll lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution, partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape roadmap decisions, design for measurable impact on core metrics, operate across teams to ensure cohesive experiences, evolve design systems as a strategic lever, set standards for design excellence, and mentor designers to multiply team impact.
