  • • As a Staff Product Manager at Patreon, you will lead product areas that shape how fans discover and engage with creators, directly influencing how millions of fans find creators and how creators grow and sustain their audiences on a platform that has enabled over $10 billion in creator earnings.
  • • You will define product strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data, running experiments and launching improvements to core ecosystem metrics such as DAU, engagement, and social connection.
  • • You will partner with the Product Management team that builds the end-to-end experience connecting creators and fans, working on core surfaces and systems for content creation, discovery, community engagement, and monetization to support sustainable creator businesses.
  • • You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the creator economy by building products that foster meaningful connections, drive long-term loyalty, and scale impact across a platform serving 100 million+ free and 25 million+ paid members.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer products, including 0 to 1 launches
  • • Strong product sense with experience driving DAU growth, engagement, or social and community-based experiences
  • • Experience working with recommender systems, machine learning, or AI-driven products
  • • Ability to define clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap in ambiguous situations
  • • Design-minded with interest in prototyping and building high-quality user experiences
  • • Data-informed with strong judgment across qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • • Passion for building products that connect people and foster community
