- • As a Staff Product Manager for AGSE Service at AeroVect, you will define and own the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for the company’s Autonomous Ground Support Equipment Service, which is transforming how airlines and ground service providers operate globally by enabling safe, reliable, and high-performance autonomous ground operations.
- • You will lead the product vision by owning the top-level roadmap spanning autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, sales, and executive teams on what is being built, why, and by when.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Safety, Systems, and Product to guide a team of Product Managers, mentor their growth, establish best practices for autonomy product development, and drive data-driven decision-making through defined KPIs and measurement systems.
- • You will partner with Systems Engineering, Program Management, and technical leads to decompose product needs into system requirements, validate technical architectures, manage trade-offs, and ensure roadmap commitments are met while maintaining safety and operational integrity in high-stakes environments.
- • You will own customer relationships with major airlines and airport operators, translating operational needs and business opportunities into prioritized product investments through Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, and direct engagement to ensure commercial viability and technical excellence.
