- • As a Staff Product Manager, Automation at Ascertain, you will own the core automation platform that powers AI agents designed to reduce administrative burdens in healthcare, directly impacting care teams by saving hundreds of staff hours weekly and supporting financial resilience in strained health systems.
- • Day to day, you will own the automation roadmap from problem definition to measurable outcomes, partner with operations and engineering to translate complex healthcare workflows into agent-executable specs, define evaluation and observability for AI agents, prioritize across customer needs and platform investments, and collaborate with GTM on positioning and pricing using automation ROI as a key narrative.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Ascertain, backed by Northwell Health and Deerfield Management, working at the intersection of LLM-powered agents, workflow automation, and healthcare operations to restore time, trust, and focus to care teams through AI-driven solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling AI-powered automation in complex enterprise environments, shape product and technical direction at an early-stage company, and gain end-to-end ownership of healthcare automation use cases while improving your ability to bridge technical, operational, and business domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience with meaningful time spent on technical, platform, or workflow-automation products
- • Demonstrated track record of shipping products that integrate with messy, legacy, or enterprise systems such as EHRs, payer systems, or ERPs
- • Fluency with modern AI/ML systems including LLMs, agents, RAG, evals, and tool use, with ability to scope agent capabilities and challenge engineering assumptions
