- • As a Staff Product Manager for Conversational AI at Trellis, you will own the quality and performance of Abby, the AI assistant powering millions of insurance-related calls and texts each week, directly impacting customer experience and revenue-critical outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day will involve analyzing conversation transcripts and call flows, identifying breakdowns in tone, intent, or clarity, running experiments on prompts and timing, partnering with Analytics to derive insights, and shaping Abby’s expansion into new products and customer journeys.
- • You’ll join a profitable, fast-growing Series A startup backed by top-tier investors, operating as a remote-first team that values experimentation, autonomy, and customer-centric innovation in the insurance technology space.
- • In this role, you’ll sharpen your expertise in conversational AI, data-driven product decision-making, and LLM-powered workflows while driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and user satisfaction across high-volume voice and messaging channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in product management with experience in conversational AI, messaging, or adjacent fields like MarTech, CRM, or lifecycle
- • Strong experimentation skills including designing and interpreting A/B tests to separate signal from noise
- • Data fluency with ability to work in SQL/Looker and use data to drive product decisions
- • Familiarity with LLMs and comfort using tools like Claude for prompt design, evaluation, and conversational workflows
- • Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex conversation patterns into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
