- • Lead the evolution of Twilio’s Core Commerce Platform into a highly productized, extensible engine that powers global revenue by architecting a commerce-as-a-service platform enabling internal teams to launch, price, and scale products with zero friction.
- • Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, including high-throughput metering, real-time rating, and accurate invoice generation, ensuring usage fidelity and financial integrity across systems.
- • Partner with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and GTM to translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical specifications, while mentoring PMs on technical product discovery and driving data-driven decision-making through analytics and experimentation.
- • Embed AI capabilities into the commerce platform for billing optimization, anomaly detection, and automated reporting, while leading forensic discovery efforts to untangle legacy systems and technical debt.
- • Design self-service tools, SDKs, and documentation for internal tenants, ensuring seamless onboarding and enabling autonomous product launches across Twilio’s ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of industry experience
- • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on commerce, billing, or financial platforms at scale
- • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, finance, risk, and operations
- • Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, extensible platforms, and complex system design
- • Data-driven decision maker with a track record of defining KPIs and measuring platform success
- • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills
- • Experience with SaaS, large-scale platforms, or multi-product ecosystems
- • Deep experience with Agile and related agile tooling, such as Jira
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
