📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for the Exteriors vertical at ServiceTitan, you will shape the future of how roofing, siding, gutters, and windows contractors run their businesses by owning a meaningful product area end-to-end with an AI-forward lens.
• You will define and own the product roadmap, architect scalable AI-powered solutions like intelligent recommendations and automated workflows, set multi-quarter goals, lead cross-functional teams, conduct deep customer discovery, and remove blockers to ensure delivery.
• You will join a mission-driven team building the operating system for the trades, where your expertise in exteriors workflows will directly impact how contractors manage complex jobs from sales to project costing.
• You will develop deep industry fluency, drive innovation in agentic AI experiences, and achieve measurable impact by helping contractors improve operational efficiency, protect margins, and scale their businesses through intelligent product design.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Experience partnering on or shipping AI-powered features with a clear point of view on intelligent automation
• Strong analytical and communication skills to measure what matters and translate insights into clear direction
• Demonstrated ability to own a complex product area end-to-end—from ambiguous problem space through scaled adoption
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making well-reasoned decisions without complete information
• Strong instincts for workflow analysis: mapping business operations, identifying breakdowns, and designing solutions that fit how people actually work
